These terms cover orders you place with Gyro First ("we") through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Orders are for pickup at Gyro First, or for delivery where we offer it. Your order is confirmed when you see an order number. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we're closed, out of an item, or can't prepare it in a reasonable time; if we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund it.

Prices, tax and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are the prices shown when you place the order. Sales tax is added at checkout. Depending on what we offer, you pay by card when you order, or in cash at pickup (a cash discount may apply, shown at checkout). When you pay by card online, we place a hold on your card for the order total when you order and charge it when we accept your order; if we don't accept it, the hold is released and you aren't charged. Orders scheduled more than a few days ahead are charged when you place them. Tips are optional and go to our staff.

Coupons, happy hour and rewards

Coupons follow the conditions shown with them (for example a minimum order, first order only, one per customer, certain days or times, or an expiry date), have no cash value, and may not be combined unless we say so. Happy-hour prices apply only to orders placed during the happy-hour times shown, by our local time. Loyalty rewards are tracked by phone number and follow the terms shown when they're issued. We may change or end any promotion.

Pickup and delivery

"ASAP" times are estimates and can change with how busy the kitchen is. Scheduled times are when your order should be ready; please allow a few minutes on busy days. Delivery orders are carried by a third-party courier service. Delivery fees and times are shown before you order, and we'll help with any problem, but we don't control the courier's timing.

Food allergies

Tell us about allergies in your order notes or by calling us. Our kitchen handles common allergens, and we can't guarantee any item is free of cross-contact. Photos are for illustration, and dishes may vary.

Group orders

The person who starts a group order is responsible for placing and paying for it and for any spending limit they set.

Reviews

If you submit a review, you confirm it's your honest experience and give us permission to show it, with the name you provided, on this site. We may choose not to publish a review, or remove one, at our discretion.

Changes and cancellations

Food is prepared soon after you order, so please call us right away if you need to change or cancel. Refunds for problems with an order are handled by us directly: card payments are refunded to the card you paid with, and cash payments in cash.

Liability

This website is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits any rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted here when you place an order applies to that order.
